Purchase Terms

The price depends on the project's size. The price is agreed with the buyer before the project begins.
Before beginning the work on the painting the buyer has to pay a deposit of 50% of the agreed price (rate 1).
The time I need to finish the commission depends on the size and details in the commision, but I will set a time frame.
Should the buyer underway cancel an order, the deposit will not be refunded.
When the commision is finished the buyer have to paid the remaining 50% of the price (Rate 2).
When I have receives rate 2 the art piece can be handed over to the buyer.
There can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. I do not accept checks.
Artworks can be picked up at my artstudio or last day of an exhibition after hours.
If the byer wants an artwork sent by post or delivery men, it can be arranged.

I reserves the right to refuse orders.
